Energy based activities help renew the well cells within the body, to welcome wellbeing. Any health condition or symptom is viewed here as an expression of the individual’s level of comfort or discomfort. We believe that human beings can heal themselves with comfort and understanding.
charizmatic.com consists of a number of crazy and kind people obsessed with the web and committed to health and wellbeing. We offer a wealth of up-to-the-minute information on health. Being human can be overwhelming at times and we’re here for those moments too, getting to know you as a person, bringing comfort and finding suggestions which fit in with your health, personality and lifestyle. Let us take care of your needs even when you can’t muster the strength.
CBT is a passion of ours and we also recognize the individuality of our members, acknowledging that CBT and similar health and habit reversal strategies can only be effective long-term when tailored to the individual. We therefore adopt a one-to-one coaching relationship, avoiding automation or “one-size-fits-all” form-based programs.
Who can we help?
We can help anyone who shares a similar experience with one of our coaches, which means we can help people with social anxiety, people who have been sexually abused, hair pullers (people with trichotillomania) those who self harm or have any form of BFRB (body focused repetitive behavior) BFRBs, generalized anxiety, depression, people with fibromyalgia, MS, cancer. Our CBT treatment is especially helpful for OCD and we can tailor our treatment for children and/or coach parents to help their children. As we work on Skype, anywhere in the world is accessible.
What will we do?
We will assign you someone who has recovered from something similar, to help you on a one-to-one basis.
What we provide
We have a number of health products and services designed to bring comfort and compassion to your condition, enhance your feelings of wellbeing and motivate you to make the most of your time and health.
