Broccoli tree, grated including stem (add some sea salt to food processor while grating). Grated stem ginger to taste (this makes it tasty so don’t skrimp!), lemongrass paste and a whole grated coconut. Add some honey to the final stir.
Completely natural – great signature dish. Always goes down well at parties and I have even added rum to one!
Eat raw OR add to some heated coconut oil and flash “fry” without cooking.
