a few months ago I found that keeping track of my pulling was a huge help! I would make a talley chart on my finger every time I pulled a hair and then write down the day's total at the end of each day on a calendar in my room. I found this to be motivating on days when I wrote low numbers and motivating on days with high numbers too, as it would guilt me into not doing it...
it can be hard to keep track of how many hairs you pull and some days it feels like you just can't stop, but i found this method amazing as it was a lot of effort to find a pen to write it on my finger and this discouraged me further!
I've stopped this recently around my exams as i've just been pulling too many to keep track
I really hope this helps even one person and please let me know any tips you have, I'd love to hear them
