hi im new to this forum, infact new to trichotillomania. my son is 6 and we are in very early gp stages of support. literally in the last 2 weeks. everyone says its not our fault but of course it is im his mum...I should have seen his signs before he pulled his eyelashes out ...it's my job to stop things like this happening and to not even realise how distressed he has been to say I'm. devastated is an understatement. Crying or Very sad

SO sorry to hear about your son. It is hard to come to terms with, but he has your support and it will make it so much easier. When I started pulling I went for 20 years without ever hearing of trichotillomania so I was sure I was a freak. He will be ok, it is not your fault, really it isn't. Sending you many hugs and lots of love.
