Trichnic 2004
Posted on Monday, October 06 @ 06:54:09 UTC by Neomie
Meetings spinner writes "I am delighted to be able to tell you the venue for the Trichnic 2004

The big event will take place at Bonaly Outdoor Centre, Edinburgh on the weekend of June 18-20th.

Martin and I have been to the place to check it out and it is nice, clean and we have sole occupancy of the accommodation building. The site is very popular so there will be other groups using the camping area and other buildings but we have exclusive use of the chalet so will have our privacy. The rooms are bunk rooms sleeping 4 or 6 people so sharing will be required.

Tickets for the event will be £25 per person and this includes accommodation and basic food supplies. Car parking will be limited as the site will be busy. There is a regular bus service to and from the city centre but arrangements can be made for those travelling by bus, train or plane to be picked up and taken to the site.

The website address for anyone wanting to have a look is www.bonaly.org.uk We will be staying in the chalet. The site has useful links about getting to Edinburgh and Bonaly by air, rail, bus and road and about Edinburgh itself.

I hope to see as many of you there as possible. You all have plenty of time to get time off work, make travel arrangements and get saving so no excuses…lol…

As a final note I would just like to point out that I realise social situations are difficult for a lot of trichsters, myself included, and you may feel nervous and apprehensive about attending such a big event. But let me reassure you that these feelings are normal and you are certainly not alone. Getting together and bonding with people just like yourself is a massive step to healing and overcoming the difficulties we all face as trichsters. We are all given opportunities in life and we at Trichotillomania Support UK want to give you this opportunity to heal and grow. So push aside those fears and make the Trichnic 2004 the day YOU take control and fight back. To quote Susan Jefferson ‘Feel the fear and do it anyway’. You’ll be sooooo glad you did.

Love and pull free vibes, Michelle xxxxx
